Ryan Davis

Managing Partner

Ryan Davis is the managing partner of Golden State Workers Compensation. Mr. Davis received a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May of 2014 and is a current member of the California Bar Association. Mr. Davis is also an NBA-certified agent and has represented clients such as Jason Terry.

In addition to his professional commitments, Mr. Davis takes an active interest in volunteer and speaking engagements, including mentorship at Berkeley Youth Alternative, a non-profit for at-risk youth, and lecturing law students at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Dante T. Pride

Founding Partner

Dante T. Pride is the founding partner of both The Pride Law Firm in San Diego, California, and Golden State Workers Compensation in Oakland, California. Mr. Pride attended Morehouse College in Atlanta on a full academic scholarship, where he was a member of the honors program and named to the dean's list, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Having a passion for advocacy, Mr. Pride attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he excelled in Advanced Trial Advocacy and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association. During law school he was a certified legal intern at the Office of the Alternate Public Defender, defending indigent clients against charges from minor misdemeanors to major felonies.

Upon graduating, Mr. Pride joined a prestigious San Diego firm practicing Employment and Labor litigation, gaining valuable experience defending some of the United States' largest companies. Armed with that experience, he knew his true calling was to defend the rights of individuals.

Robert Davis

Workers' Compensation Attorney

Robert Davis is a Workers' Compensation Attorney with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Davis has handled thousands of cases before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board with a value of over $100 million dollars. He has worked for both applicant and defense firms.

He is an aggressive, ethical, and experienced Workers' Compensation Lawyer who knows exactly how to navigate your case through the confusing and frustrating maze the insurance companies create. His experience working for the insurance companies gives him a distinct advantage: he knows the opponents' playbook and has long-standing relationships with former colleagues who take his offers seriously.

A native of Seattle, Mr. Davis still mourns the loss of his Sonics. When not at work, he enjoys time with his family and travel.

Mr. Davis decided to embark on a career fighting for injured workers after seeing a family member personally affected. His uncle was severely impacted by a work-related injury, and seeing his uncle frustrated daily by the insurance company motivated Mr. Davis to get involved. He is very active in his community and enjoys zealously advocating for the rights of injured workers.
